Hourly Rate

Initial charge is for one hour, then charged for every 15 minutes after the first hour. Includes travel time within city boundary 

Part Hour

40.00

Charges for every 15 minutes spent after first hour 

Settlements

Any payment made for meetings will be deducted from settlement amount should the matter progress to mediation or the authority.

Less than $20,000

30% + GST

Greater than $20,000, less than $40,000

25% + GST

Greater than $40,000

20% + GST

Pricing includes all activities which are reasonably expected to be undertaken to successfully complete the service requested. Prices are exclusive of GST.
